For organizational reasons we have to add an extra charge when you order after the official deadline. This extra charge will be 30% when you book after the deadline until one week before the Expo BERLIN VITAL and it will be 100% when you book in last the week before the event. Please meet the deadlines.

The deadline for registration is August 1, 2010
For Exhibitors we offer:
- We are pleased to offer you free entrance tickets for your guests.
- The price includes the presentation of your company logo at www.berlin-vital.de with a short description of your company.
- We offer you the opportunity to present your products live on stage as part of the supporting programme.
- If interested, you can submit an advertisement or banner in the programme guide, in the list of results, and on the internet.
- In addition, as an exhibitor you can profi t from the special conditions at select Berlin hotels.
Terms of payment:
Please pay 25% after receiving the invoice. Then pay the rest until 4 weeks before the event.
