“I wish I could run a real,- BERLIN MARATHON every month – unfortunately that is not possible and I now have to wait twelve months,” stated the Ethiopian Haile Gebrselassie after his most recent amazing victory at the 36 th real,- BERLIN MARATHON in 2009. He will have his next opportunity in September 2010, when the 37 th real,- BERLIN MARATHON, the second largest marathon in the world, runs through the capital with 1.2 million visitors and spectators lining the streets.
The BERLIN VITAL Fall 2010 Expo, an integral part of the real,- BERLIN MARATHON, will take place from September 23 - 25, 2010 . The BERLIN VITAL is more than a traditional expo. As a central part of the comprehensive 2010 Berlin Marathon programme, it is a popular meeting point for everyone who wishes to enter the winter season successfully and equipped with the most up-to-date information. Again this fall, we are expecting about 120,000 visitors at the expo, who will join us for the historical atmosphere at the monumental venue of the former Berlin Tempelhof Airport to learn about the latest trends and offers and get inspired for living active lives.
