Late bookings for electrical connections and internet access
For organizational reasons we have to add an extra charge when you order after the official deadline. This extra charge will be 30% when you book after the deadline until one week before the Expo BERLIN VITAL and it will be 100% when you book in last the week before the event. Please meet the deadlines.

Exhibitor passes
Exhibitor passes will be sent out with the expo materials.
The exhibitors will receive the following exhibitor passes free of charge:
Stand size:
bis 12 m² = 4 exhibitor passes
12 - 24 m² = 6 exhibitor passes
24 - 36 m² = 8 exhibitor passes
> 36 m² = 10 exhibitor passes
Additional passes can be purchased for 3 EUR each.
