Late bookings for electrical connections and internet access
For organizational reasons we have to add an extra charge when you order after the official deadline. This extra charge will be 30% when you book after the deadline until one week before the Expo BERLIN VITAL and it will be 100% when you book in last the week before the event. Please meet the deadlines.

The deadline for registration is February 17, 2012

For Exhibitors we offer:

• We are pleased to offer you free entrance tickets for your guests.
• The price includes the presentation of your company logo at www.berlin-vital.de with a short description of your company.
• We offer you the opportunity to present your products live on stage as part of the supporting programme.
• If interested, you can submit an advertisement or banner in the programme guide, in the list of results, and on the internet.
• In addition, as an exhibitor you can profi t from the special conditions at select Berlin hotels.

Terms of payment:

Please pay 25% after receiving the invoice. Then pay the rest until 4 weeks before the event.
